In the (very) touristic neighborhood of Trastevere, we found this authentic little osteria and wine bar called Ditta Trinchetti.
The restaurant was packed with locals who seemed to be regular visitors. The atmosphere was thus very cordial and cosy.
We started with a delicious glass of Prosecco along with a fresh burrata and a plate of Bresaola.
Then, we were recommended some delicious pasta.
Overall, the experience was great and I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you ever find yourself in that neighborhood!
