The “Ginger experience” already starts when waiting outside in the queue for your name to be called up (because yes, there is quite a long waiting list!)
To make the waiting time more agreeable, the staff serves little “shots” of their homemade daily cold press juices.
When entering the place, you literally find yourself in “food heaven”: there is a traditional butcher cutting prosciutto, a counter with a variety of fresh vegetables from which salads and juices are made, a large selection of wines, and so on…
I went for a warm crunchy French “baguette” (100 % organic) with mozzarella, tomato, pesto, rucola and a slice of prosciutto di Parma. Honestly, the best sandwich (if we can even call it that way) I have ever eaten in my life!
I also had a green juice with ginger, and to end up with a sweet note, I took one of their chocolate chip cookies (which was so good that I took another one on the go!)
